He has a proven track record of producing double digit growth through his unique talent around bringing the theory of leadership to life in live, commercial and competitive environments within multichannel businesses.

He has been the architect behind multi channel business L&D programming, building bespoke blended learning solutions for both Leisure and Retail.

He is an NLP Master Practitioner with 10 years experience and delivered in excess of a 1000 sessions across all genres. He specialises in delivering bespoke solution and training that works for you. Derek has a curious and flexible approach to learning and development, allowing Headway Training to provide you with bespoke solutions that align with you as an individual or  your business. He is also a qualified tutor, assessor, presenter and motivational speaker.
